help customizing the notification alert email for SCOM 2007

Hi.  I am customizing the subject field for the notifications.  I want to include in the subject line the severity of the alert, whether it is Information, Warning, Error or Critical Error.  Right now, I can only use the severity level, whether it's a severity 1 or 2.  I know that the parameter for the severity level is $Data/Context/DataItem/Severity$.

What is the parameter name for a descriptive severity information (Warning, Error, Critical Error)?

Judging from the alerts that I am getting, severity 1 is Warning.  Severity 2 is Error or Critical Error.  Why did MS not follow the usual severity level assignments, that is Severity 1 being the highest severity, which is the Critical Error.  Is there a way to change this?

What is the parameter name for a descriptive severity information (e.g. Warning, Error, Critical Error)?

Got to laugh really the documentation in SCOM is good but the one area where it really lacks is the parameters for overrides! Has anyone found some good documentation on this and customisation of the alert fields??

Here's what you are looking for:

     Severity -   Critical    -    2

                           Warning    -    1

                           Information   - 0

    Priority        High    -    2

                          Medium    -    1

                           Low     -    0

Microsoft has done a poor job in documenting this information.

    Hope it helps!
