Registry discovery

HI, has someone an example of a discovery based upon registry and how to create a class with it? I tried with the authoring console but wasn't lucky yet.

 Download the Authoring Console from Microsoft Connections site (you have to be a registered participant for SCOM 2007 to download the console). The console comes with a nice pdf file that will walk you through a basic MP creation including the registry discovery. This is the easy way.

The hard way - look at the Author MP website for ways to do it using  XML http://www.authormps.com/dnn/
