Reporting Shows Incomplete Set of Reports

Recently I experienced a major problem with Operations Manager reporting which left me unable to run reports. Having reinstalled IIS, SQL Server Reporting Services and Operations Manager DataWarehouse, I am now able to use the reporting functionality again. However, I only see a limited and incomplete set of reports. I only have the following three folders: Microsoft Generic Report Library Windows 2003 Terminal Services Windows Server 2000 Operating System It's now been like this for a couple of days so it's not a case of patience. The Management Point and Operations Manager console is running on a separate server to the databases. Something is clearly wrong but I can't work out what. Any ideas?

Do you have an errors in your event logs relating to this?  I would imagine there are plenty from failing to setup the reports.

I do have a number of errors in my logs. I'll check them tomorrow and post back. Funny that you're in Northampton; I'm in Wellingborough! I assumed this was a US site.

Re: Reporting Shows Incomplete Set of Reports

I tried running an Exchange report directly from the Monitoring tab of the console this morning. An error popped up saying that it couldn't login with the account that I had set for the Data Warehouse. After a bit of fumbling around in accounts I discovered that the two simple authentication accounts were both configured with AD account names and passwords. I blanked out the usernames and passwords with a space and everything has sprung back to life. Not entirely sure I understand what the purpose of the simple authentication accounts is, but everything seems to be working now.
