David, I am delivering an Operations Manager 2007 course in the UK July 1 - 4th.

Our Operations Manager 2007 training is structured into two separate 2-day courses which can be taken individually or as a complete series.  The first two days looks at installation and configuration and the final two days focuses on Ops Manager fundamentals. Our classes have been up-graded to include Service Pack 1  The cost of the training is $1,495.00 U.S., per person for each class a total of $2,990.00 U.S. for the full 4 days of training.

I am also interested in training, however purely from a reporting perspective.  I assume this would include writing MP's.  Would the second 2 day course be relevant.  I am not a server ops person, I do not need to know how to install, or monitoring, my interest is on performance and capacity reporting for windows, SQL, exchange and custom distributed apps.  I am also UK based

     Thanks

    David,

We do not offer report authoring guidance in this course, but that may well change. For the moment, I would suggest you reference the Operations Manager 2007 Report Authoring Guide.

I am not David ;) but thanks for the swift reply.  What reference guide are you refering to?  I have grabbed a few PDF's from MS but references to reporting and how to's are limited to a paragraph or two, it has been a major pain to find any real info, especially as I am not a MOM person, I am a performance/capacity specialist and on my latest job SCOM is the prefered choice to deliver (not mine)

    Thanks again, Billy
