Health state showing "not monitoring" for RMS as well as other servers.

    Hi Folks,

I have newly installed ops manager, but all the servers health state is showing "not monitoring" that includes even the RMS server.

    Thanks,

    Hi there,

Have you checked your OperationsManager logs for more information and are you receiving any alerts in your Ops console?

There are a few issues which can cause this, number one being your RunAs account does not have the relevant permisssions.  Post back when you have more information so we can help further :-

     Hi there,

I know that there are many possible causes but for me it was duplicate SPN's. One againt the machine object and one against the account used to run the services. I remove the SPN of the AD Account and it fixed the problem for me.

    Cheers and good luck.
